Maestro's Pizza - Waterloo

Great customer service! I made an error on my online order, I phoned the store and they were amazing at fixing it for me quickly : Greatly appreciated!!

Less than poor customer skills, staff and management. I used to deal with this location, but it is gotten way much worse now as they hire international students to manage the place without any prior or any customer service skills or experience and God knows what could be worse in the food itself. I even spoke to the store manager, her name was Pakish (I think) and she made the matter worse and didn't care about the business or losing the customer and made me feel that I am dealing with a restaurant in another country, so I am never going back there again or any Domino's location anymore.

We love this Dominos pizza location! The pizza is always fresh and flavourful, love the quick service. The staffs are extremely friendly and fun to chat with. Highly recommend! Thank you!

I order from here regularly/ when my sister visits after work but their app doesn't work sometimes which is a hassle. They are really nice and I enjoy the pizza here
