Bidra med feedbackYummy espresso with a beautiful euro feeling that is elegant, warm and friendly. the chocolates are fresh and delicious. I broke a cup while I put it on the one.
A hidden gem in uptown waterloo, caffe 22 (22 king st s, waterloo, on n2j 1N8) is so much more than a caffe.
On the other day with some friends and had the best experience ever! one of the ladies who worked us treated us with the greatest respect that it felt like a family.
This was the second time here a d I found it extremely disappointing. It's a charming place, of course. On this particular visit I ordered the soup of the day tomato, and the daily quiche. It took forever for the order to arrive and when it did the quiche looked and tasted like it had been reheated too many times. The crust could not be cut with a knife and the quiche itself had suffered in the reheating. At least the greens on the plate were fresh. The tomato soup was mediocre. I am not likely to return a third time.
We love this place for so long , they change owner recently ,when they first take over , the quality of Vegi sandwich pretty good lots spinach roasted red pepper and artichoke ….yesterday we went back what a disappointment take 35 minutes to make sandwich and when sandwich came is not much filling in it small pieces of red pepper and tiny piece artichoke very thick white sauce don’t taste like mayo at all taste like some cheap stuff . Big piece of bread though.the latte was cold tell the girl bring back re-steam hotter but can back same temperature . Very disappointed .We don’t mind you increase price and stay good quality food . We are not sure will go back ? What a shame !
