Mcdonald's - Waterford

We always go for the $2.50 happy meals after 4pm hamburgers only but having 4 kids it's there reward for being good all week we love this McDonald's specials we also tried the pull apart for $1 there really good for that price pr even 4/5 foods always fresh there a lil short staffed but worth the wait and discount

I want to know why these hired think they deserve $16 per hour. they cannot say the difference between cheese and tomato. I ask for a tomato addition to my chicken and they add a cheese. I don't know why I decided to go here. I know better. I won't go back.

Just wanted to say thank you to the two lovely ladies that helped me tonight. The blonde girl with the nose ring and the blue short hair girl were both super sweet and made my night. Thank you!?

24 hr drive thru closed at 9pm on a Friday night. **** poor ownership/staff

Scott and Mary are a joke! I sat in drive-thru and watched 4 cars pull up to the other lane and place orders before anyone even came to take my order. When someone did come to take my order I asked to speak to a manager and she said she was. Mary didn’t own up to it and then from me when I asked to see her at the window and sent some other male manager. I told him to go get Mary and she finally came to the window only to tell me that there was nothing she could do then she walked away from me and got Scott. Scott proceeded to complain that I was holding up the line and refused to do anything to fix the problem. What terrible service. I will never go back to this location again. I know McDonalds isn’t exactly known for great service but this was absolutely trash. Mary clearly doesn’t know how to do her job and Scott is too much of a wuss to do anything about it.
