Bidra med feedbackWe were looking for a place to eat along our drive home and saw the great reviews so decided to give it a try and it lived up to the hype!Everything was hot, fresh, and made to order. The owner Rickey was very friendly and I can tell he takes pride in his recipes, cooking, service, and being committed to excellence. We had the chicken sandwich, chicken waffles, wing dings, tots, fries, and a banana pudding. Everything was flavorful, well seasoned, and delicious! I only remembered to take a picture of the banana pudding which has the unique touch of fresh strawberries on top generous layers of vanilla cookies! All the food had touches of uniqueness to them; the tots have some extra crispy type breading, the fries a seasoning blend sprinkled on top, the chicken sandwich has a special sauce with a kick to it, and he has special recipe Cajun lemon pepper wing dings and the parmesan garlic was unique too. Chicken tenders were crispy flavorful. So definitely check it out if you're nearby! There's a TV in the dining area to watch the game, there's a good amount of outdoor seating for when the weather is nice, comfortable booths on the inside, and there were high chairs available for kids.
Watch out Popeyes, they have a better chicken sandwich. The chicken and waffles were amazing! The lemon pepper wings can spar with just about any place I have been. The cajan fries, the tater tots, and banana pudding were all amazing! This place needs to be put on the map. One of the best chicken spots in metro Detroit. It was a pleasant surprise.
Extremely good. I got the chicken sandwich with fries. Chicken was crispy and well seasons, sauce was really good as well. The fries were cooked well and seasoned really well. Fried pickles were stellar and so was the ranch. Gf got the fried chicken and waffled and raved about that as well. Will definitely be back.
The owner running the place is a great and hardworking person. Items are fried on spot making them warm. However, the food is just average. Tenders are regular bland ones you buy in Costco. The seasoning, rubs and sauces are okay but nothing unique. Fries were not crispy.
Tried this Resturant and was amazed at how good the chicken sandwich was. He also gave me a sample of the fried pickles. I never had them before but they were very good.. I would suggest going here before you go to any of the fast food chains..
