Ragozzino's Pizza - Waterbury

Good pizza and grinder. I usually get the chicken parm Calzone, which is excellent (and huge). I also had the chicken parmesan and eggplant parmesan that were excellent. This is a true family owned and operated Italian dining room. The food is all fresh and well made. I never had a bad meal or dish that wasn't fresh. Try it and you won't be dissapointed. The portions are large and the prices are very reasonable. I will normally end my meal because I am sure to come with an appetite when I go because the food is so good I feel the need to always try to eat it and not take home, but you can easily make two meals from most dishes. According to other reviews, I found it suspicious the only bad reviews were people who had either 1 or max 4 reviews, all of them when you review their history only post bad reviews. I would ignore them and look at how many 5 reviews they receive from highly rated reviewers like me and then judge themselves. I only add this because I own my own business and hate internet trolls that hide behind a keyboard and bash shops and have never written a positive review. Ex employee ex bf/gf with a fake profile that knows. Trust me, the food is excellent and I eat there often. And my review history shows that I have all kinds of companies good and bad, but fair. Give Ragozzinos an attempt to judge yourself. I'm sure you'll find the food.

I brought my mom here, the best sauce I had in a very long time. Remembered that I grew up with the Italian restaurants of the family, hard to come these days. Here you feel at home. Great people, delicious food and wonderful friendly staff. Anyway, it goes back. Mom loved it!

My favorite restaurant. I've been eating here for over 20 years. Huge portions and not expensive. The sauce is good and the pizza is fantastic. You family who own it are very nice people. Try her seafood pink
