Pizza Castle CT Waterbury

My whole family have been going here for years. Just love the pizza and lasagna!!! My son celebrates every accomplishment at your place. Sucks we moved to Meriden but my son and I make it there once a month.

Ordered food and was told an hour was thrilled and shocked it was here in 23 mins! Always delicious. I like that food is fresh and they have healthy options

My husband and I were celebrating our anniversary along with one of our sons and had been to Pizza Castle a few times. Always enjoyed our meal. This time was no different, food was great! However, it was odd we waited in the 'wait to be seated ' area for 5 minutes before anyone realized we were there. Glad we were patient, stayed and had a great meal. The fried calamari appetizer hit the spot. It came with fried jalapeños fresh feta! Yum! I kept it simple and had a sausage meatball grinder and husband had the turkey club with fries... all was well. Our son, went all out having clam chowder and penne alla vodka with chicken! Looked, smelled and, according to him, was very good! Looking forward to next time.

Oh yeah. Experience does count. Each item on this multi page menu is enough to wow your palate and drag you back for more. Though it is hiding and easily missed it is sort of next to Wells Fargo since that sign you can't miss. Lasagna assembled on the spot not defrosted,. Spaghetti with yes you can tell freshly made well true Italian meatballs. Pizza crust that is perfectly crunchy and browned covered with eggplant mushrooms and fresh spinach fresh mozzarella and of course the perfect amount of marinara pizza sauce. This is not even the beginning...chocolate cake to die for. Yes death by chocolate here is fine. Etc etc etc.

I have been going here for pizza with family for 40 years. Never a disappointment. Best pizza in Waterbury, without a doubt. Probably best in all CT
