Customer service not available and they wait at least 30 minutes, but the wings are good. lemon pfeffer wet wings are usually fresh.

TO MANAGER PLEASE! I got interrupted by the need for peeing and when I asked staff on the register if they have a restroom they said NO. So it doesn?t matter how much dollars you spent for just chicken HERE.. Although I paid the full price of my order I got a lack of service . PLEASE BUILD YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE BY PAYING THE COST OF MAINTAINING A RESTROOM.

8/21/21 ? This was our first visit to Wingstop in Watchung (or any Wingstop for that matter). We placed an online order for 20 classic wings (carryout) by the piece? Spicy Korean Q (5), Mango Habanero (5), and Original Hot (10). All three flavors were fantastic but I really want to give a shoot out to the Mango Habanero sauce. The cost was $25 which works out to $1.25 per wing. Not cheap but the wings were a good size. The wings were packed in two separate boxes with the Spicy Korean Q and Mango Habanero well separated in the same box. The online order stated that our wings would be ready in 16-21 minutes but it took closer to 30 minutes. Not a complaint, just an observation. The workers were courteous although one customer was not. Wingstop Watchung is located in a strip mall with more than enough parking available. We?ll be back the next time we are in the area.

Last night around 11 o?clock I ordered 10 lemon pepper wings and I specifically asked for extra wet because at this location the wings have literally no sauce on them and are dry and cold. so the other two times I took it for granted and figured it was an honest mistake but this was the last time I would deal with it because these wings are not cheap. I get home and to my surprise yet again another order with no sauce on it. I called the manager after driving back home over 10 miles and she had the nerve to tell me to drive back again to come get extra sauce smh. As a business owner I?m disgusted with this place and I?ll be sure to let everyone in the community know how they deal with customer service. Do yourself a favor drive an extra mile and go to Buffalo Wild Wings.

Let's start with the good. Ordered takeout on the web, said it would be ready in 16-22 minutes and showed up 15 minutes later as they were putting the order in the bag. The wings are good, but nothing really special. The cost for 20 wings with fries was $32 which seems expensive. Not sure I'll come back because i think there are plenty of competitors in this space.
