Bidra med feedbackThe restaurant has a what sometimes is called a Winter Garden and in summertime you can sit outdoors. It is a very interesting old Castle actually founded by the Swiss Monks from St. Gallen to defend themselves from "the hordes of Hungarians", likely Attila of the Huns. The food is absolutely excellent and when in Wasserburg not to be missed.
We had dinner when we arrived and had a nice evening. Food was really good fish, meat with chanterelle. Service was fast and smooth with a nice local wine selection.
Set in a lovely position overlooking the Lake. Staff were friendly and helpful. Food included local Bavarian dishes
This restaurant serves a nice local menu, the waitress was kind enough to translate and recommend (as the menu is only in German) and we enjoyed the location on the lake front and the view.
Very nice setting on a rainy day at the lake. Big windows with views of lake; menu covers the main dishes of the area, but is limited in choices. Nice wine selection, service was ok, though she forgot to bring my glass of wine - but to be fair, I wasn't charged for it, either. The actual building/location are worth a visit, but other restaurants offer a more exciting menu selection.
