Valley's Best Coffee - Wasilla

The family has 70 last night. birthday of my hub sat. Second visit here, last time 6 months ago. Once again the food was great! Last time we asked for butter chips, and it was good to see that this was added to the menu. The new appetizer was delicious and a great start. We finished with a black forest birthday cake that was the bomb! Worth a trip.

Excellent, very authentic German food! Wonderful atmosphere! The owner loves to come to people and check the experience that is much more intimate and personalized. Most foods are made in the house and this is not imported directly from Germany. Food is made fresh so ready to wait, but you can not rush quality, and quality is definitely what you get here! If heaven had a taste, I would imagine it would be like this Jaeger Schnitzel I had today. It transports me back to Amberg Germany. I think once this place has frosty beers to combine with the sausage sample dish and delicious homemade mustard... it becomes one of the top restaurants in Palmer (and even the valley). I look forward to taking more of their delicious pleasures. This is a must try when you are locals and tourists alike. I also have to mention that they have a local roasted coffee, you can add two pots of their homemade Bavarian cream ice cream for an icey coffee! I also learned that they make their own cheese, sausage, mustard, teas, roast coffee and ice cream. I have blown away from the quality and heart, the owners and team in everything they serve. We had a super delicious meal at the charming Edelweiss German restaurant. This restaurant is as quaint and cozy as the town that surrounds it! Thank you to JD and his staff! We had a great visit!
