Alaska Cheesecake Co - Wasilla

We had a bigger group in the morning on a weekday and we were all well accommodated. The food was wonderful and the staff was very friendly. I love the sweet Danish! They were filled and easy to eat on their way. The hot chocolate and cheesecakes are rich and delicious! Bobbi, the owner is a sweet lady and the atmosphere is relaxing. Come by for a visit!

After work, I came here for cheesecakes, but they were sold. I suggest getting there early! You have delicious cheesecake. So I tried a green Chilean barbecue cheese with tomatoes basil soup. Crunchy and creamy goodness, but needed a teeny a little more season for both, but it was good!

We stopped in as we had a few minutes before our teenagers chiropractic appointment. I had an oatmilk matcha with Peppermint and I think vanilla, blended. The lady that was in front of us got it and it just looked amazing, so I asked for what she had. It was wonderful! My husband got an almond milk latte and he said it was great. I also got the raspberry white chocolate cheesecake and it was scrumptious! My teenager decided to share half of it, and my drink, since I couldn't finish it fast enough for her liking. We will be back, for sure.
