Bidra med feedbackJust left this low budget McDonald 's 3/17/24 4pm. Staff gives no cares about who comes in. Soda machines were out, no lids for sodas, food was not fresh. List goes on and on. No napkins, asked for items needed, only to be met with a blank stare from staff as if saying, How dare you bother me with this whole crew needs to be fired and replaced with AI. At least the robot would show more enthusiasm and emotions. Kids these days have no real sense of Customer Service.
Was told to use the self-serve terminals because the front counter terminals were broken... As they were taking orders on the front counter. I just went across the street to Burger King and got excellent customer service. They must not like having
Way better than most I've been to in town recently. I was greeted by an employee outside sweeping the sidewalk, went in and was greeted by two more employees. The place was clean, staff friendly, Food was hot, tasted good. It was a really nice experience, especially after visiting the Stead location and receiving barely warm breakfast sandwiches that didn't taste right, at all, and the place wasn't as clean or as friendly as this location.
They take for ever to get the food and the workers just walk past you with out helping anyone. No customer service what so ever.
I purchased food from the Drive Thru this morning and had a pleasant experience. Hayden was very nice and speedy without rushing me. Kudos to Hayden, he is doing a phenomenal job of keeping calm and being respectful in times of busy service. My food was correct and hot, thank you!
