I had an unfortunate experience at this restaurant. The woman who took my order around 7:00 PM charged me extra and mistakenly included two meal deals instead of just two sandwiches. When I asked for a refund, she refused, citing store policy. Overall, the food was decent (4/5), but the service and atmosphere were disappointing (1/5).
