Mack's Tavern - Washington Township

Mack's is an oasis in a strip mall! It is a biker bar and a Steelers bar, but I am neither. They have great beer prices on mass market beer and a solid selection of craft drafts (also at great prices). They have a limited kitchen and some absolutely inspired creations within (I love the Sunshine Pizza, and the Pickle Me Elmo has to be tried at least once). They host the best trivia in Dayton on Thursdays. They are dog-friendly! They reward you for getting home safely. And they have a killer spectacle on St. Patrick's Day. But the reason to keep coming back is the staff and Mack herself. They absolutely love their customers. The best dive bar in Dayton!

Went in for a beer one night and left with a full belly and new friends. A perfect neighborhood kind of bar with lots of festivities. They have amazing bartenders with signature drinks and great beer selection. The food is fresh with original recipes. The service is quick and always attentive. The owner, Mackenzie, is very involved with the clientele and knows everyone by name. If you are new to town, looking for great food, or friendly atmosphere, this is the place.

This is a great tavern with plentiful space and a wide selection of bar munchies. It has a laid back atmosphere and plenty of pool tables and dart boards. It's the kind of place where you can come as a stranger and leave as a friend. It's a must see in the 725 Centerville bar district.

I liked it real well, food was great and very casual, not trendy : You can bring dog with you inside. And they make a specialty pizza called a Puppy Pizza just for your K-9 friend.
