Bidra med feedbackWe chose Morrison Clark for our Valentine's Day dinner. A preset menu, but with delicious choices. He chose the corn-chowder beautiful texture, good taste, with potatoes and crabs. I had perfectly seasoned and cooked the shrimps. The accompanying light salad was also beautiful. He had the Tylloin that had melted with every bite. The potato fritters were crispy outside and warm inside and a bit of gooey. The scallops were nicely browned and sweet; the Risotto was really good. Lots of taste and the right amount of cheese. I could have eaten a big bowl of it alone as a meal. To pamper our meal, he goes the chocolate mousse cake and I have the cream brulee. The cream brulee was as it should be, velvety, not too sweet, and the crispy sugar tip. The chocolate mousse was rich, but not too sweet. Both had ripe berries, not too tart. Good portions too. Service was good, although our waiter forgot to serve Dessert (until we pointed out when he gave us the bill). The ambience is light and not clogged. It is a small dining room, but high ceilings. The price for the meal was reasonable. You also have parking facilities. The costs are not different from other restaurants in the area. We want to visit again, but not on Valentine's Day to taste other dishes. Try it, you will not be disappointed.

An elegant place for every romantic trip. I would recommend for anyone looking for a place with beautiful ambience, good food and additional attention to the service. Our host Sylvia has a great job placement for our needs
We got on Saturday night on 14. March dined and the dining room was empty BUT, food, service, atmosphere and drinks were still the upper shelf. Two NY visitors agreed on the elegance of the dining room and were overwhelmed with the quality of the food and the impeccable service. As a DC resident we apply this fine restaurant and have never experienced that quality or service reduced.
Beautiful setting, good food. We had breakfast and plan to come back to try dinner.
