Due South - Washington, D.C.

The food and drinks at Due South are just amazing. You must have a Frose with your brunch. It pairs so well with the white sauce and hot sauce on the chicken breast.

Due South on Water Street in DC is a great place to go for delicious and flavorful food that is well prepared. I really like their menu and everything that they have available here. I have been impressed with their level of customer service and everything that they have available here.

Very disappointed by the bait switch prices of Bottomless Mimosas for Brunch. The menu on OpenTable states it's $19 per person (which is one reason we picked here over many other amazing options in the area). Upon arrival the menu has the price at $27 per person. Other than that, everything was terrific. The food, service and atmosphere were wonderful.

Let me start this off by saying I DO NOT RECOMMEND. I'm not sure if I caught them on an off day or what but this was not it! This was AWFUL! The fried chicken tasted burnt and like it was fried in old grease. The mac and cheese doesn't even deserve a mention.The restaurant need to just gone head and remove this from the menu . The greens were decent but had an overwhelming after taste of vinegar. Please don't ask me what the sauces are because I don't know. The red one taste like it was homemade hot sauce and the white one was disgusting. I did order this from door dash so I will try it at the actual restaurant but for now it's a HARD NO

The food was just ok. My friends and I ordered a few different appetizers. I'm not sure if I would go back for the entree. It wasn't authentic southern food .
