Union Kitchen - Washington DC

Came to DC for a three-day institute. That morning I was tired of the flight. The avocado sandwich was so healthy and delicious and it comforted my day. The staff is very nice.

Union Kitchen Grocery has quickly become my go-to spot for grab and go food/drinks. I frequently work at nearby venues and stumbled across this place in need of a quick bite before work. They have incredible sandwiches, extensive drink options, and a lot of awesome, DC made provisions. Above all, the staff is friendly and could not be nicer. Huge shoutout to Bill for crafting some delicious sandwiches during my recent visit.

I just went for coffee….but I was greeted in such a warm and welcoming way, they are definitely my honorable mention. The staff there are so nice! Even our waiter at a different restaurant saw me with my Union Kitchen cup and gleamed over how wonderful the staff at Union Kitchen are. Thanks for adding an extra piece of joy to my day and DC trip!!

Delicious sandwiches and nice selection of drinks and healthy snacks. Sandwiches are very messy to eat and fall apart. All made to order so prepare to wait 10-15 minutes for a cold sandwich and much longer if there is a line

Great selection of savory and sweet quick meals. Not cheap but so good.
