Subway - Washington DC

This place always saves my life. Whenever I don't bring my homemade lunch to work, I come here. The staff is always nice and friendly. The place is organized and clean. And the sandwiches are always fresh.

I had a negative experience at the restaurant tonight. The employee with black hair, who appeared to be foreign, was handling food with his gloves on, but then placed his hand on the wall before attempting to fix my sandwich. He then tossed everything back onto the tray. I found this unsanitary and concerning. His customer service and food handling skills were poor, and I was unable to eat the food. I hope this employee is closely monitored to prevent any potential health risks to customers.
