Jollibee - Washington

I just want this branch to know that I was not happy with their service. I am with my 5y/o son. I ordered 1pc chckn w/ reg it. I asked if they could have thigh part or wing. They said the only ones available are leg part and breast part. And I chose the leg part even though it was very small because my son can chew the soft part better than the breast.. I added 1 reg fries and 1 add on mini sundae. And I also said to go with the water. The cashier said yes. After the transaction, the cashier asked my name. Then my son and I sat down. Mya Maya they called my name. They mentioned my name 2x or 3x because I couldn't leave my son sitting, I was thinking why should he run or something. What happened was that I took my son back to the ctr. and I WAS THE ONE TO TAKE AND CARRY MY ORDERS.. You guys are terrible. Can't you see that I'm pregnant, yes, I'm pregnant for 4 months and I'm still carrying my child, no one even thinks of assisting me with my child.. While my son and I were eating, I noticed that my children were assisting you, but they were not a priority like my son was. I'm not pregnant. I'm not a senior. Not PWD either. But how did they come? You delivered their food, but my son's didn't. That's so bad I don't understand if you are just shopping for someone to assist or it depends on you whether you are working hard or being lazy. I'm not mad, but I hope you know those who need simple help. I'm not saying that you'll serve me a frank VIP .no. I just want you to be aware of all your guests/customers.. I ate at Jollibee because I was craving today. When I should be happy and full, but it's not.. I hope the Management finds out and takes action. Thank you!
