Pulque Mexican - Washington

I've heard of Pulque for a few years, and although I don't think I'll ever get over the replacement of Smokey Duck or Slam Burger, I was very surprised how good this place was. Clean tables, beautiful atmosphere, friendly service and fast chip filling . The flavors were good, and the steak on the Carne Asada was fresh, but I would have seasoned a little more. The salsa and the warm homemade chips were good, a bit sharp on the salsa, but I'm a lightweight, so I can't complain. Salsa Verde was delicious!

The first time since the opening. No reason not to go back. The food was excellent both times. Language barrier a little with the server, but everyone was very nice and attentive! Would recommend everyone! If you park near the building, parking can sometimes be a problem when busy, but is another amount that is far open.

If we are looking for Mexican food, this is the place we go, although it is a 45-minute drive. We drive past ten other Mexican restaurants on the way, but this is definitely the best! It is a family owned and ran business and it shows absolutely amazing.

Authentic Mexican cuisine restaurant that has fresh written at every glance. Outstanding texture invitation that warms the soul immediately upon entry. Home cooked meals on a restaurant venue; simply amazing at its best Delicious!!!!!!!!

Wow this place is awesome. Great food so flavorful, hot, and fast. Staff was super friendly, service was so good we never even knew we needed refills. Can't wait to come here again. What a find.
