Dunkin' - Washington

One of the trashier Dunkin Donuts I've been to. The coffee was good, but bathroom was so gross. I understand they have staffing issues, so that's probably why.

Always slow. Sat in line for 25 minutes. Pulled up to window they didn?t acknowledge me there. Ended up just pulling away. Truck behind me drove straight through to and left.

The staff went above and beyond to ensure my order was correct and what I asked for. They had to brew a new pot of decaf coffee for my 1/2 decaf drink. A lot of other coffee places just tell you ?we are out of decaf? but they just asked me to pull to theside (I used the drive through) and brought it out to me when it was ready. Everyone was friendly and helpful.

Dunkin is my favorite coffee spot! I love their hot lattes and ice as well Their avocado toast is awesome!!

The breakfast sandwich was delicious. The potatoes were burnt. Not slightly burnt but black. They should have never been served.
