Arby's - Washington

Place is never open. Every time we go by there to eat they aren't open and not taking orders through drive thru eather. We have eaven whent during lunchtime and seen employees in the lobby eating yet no one was taking orders at the drive thru and lobby doors were locked.

Ordered 2 Chicken Bacon Swisses. No bacon on either chicken patties were paper thin. Will not eat at the Washington location again

You have a huge sign facing the highway saying the lobby is open but it's closed it's been closed since the beginning of the pandemic so when you get my order wrong I can't go in I have to sit in line and do that all over again and it's not like your to busy when I couldn't go inside to order I went to Taco Bell instead when I was pulling away from Arby's there's a woman on her cell phone in the kitchen NICE

I am pregnant and don't have much of an appetite for anything your French dip and swiss sandwiches are one of the only things I look forward to eating. My boyfriend works at Washington Walmart and gets off at 10:00 and try to go there to get food at like 10:10 and you were closed your hours of business says 10:30 on a Thursday night so if you're supposed to be open until 10:30 then that's what people expect it was very disappointing so can you stay open until you're supposed to so this doesn't h … – show

The place was slow. Waited quite a while to order via drive thru. Once ordered then waited again. Got home and not all food was in my bags. They were closing early now at 8pm. They were in the process of training more people. Hopefully they get this sorted out quickly.
