Piccolinos - Warwick

Lovely night out celebrating a special birthday. Service was great...and prompt, The house red reasonably priced and could not fault the food at all. Tasty and good portion sizes. Highly recommended

They managed to fit us in as we had not booked .Within 45 minutes the place was full. Great service and above all the food was excellent Highly recommended

We were only visiting Warwick for one night, staying in a motorhome at the racecourse campground. The weather was unseasonably hot and we didn’t want to cook or leave our dog inside a hot motorhome. We started the search for a pizza restaurant with outside seating and found Piccolino. Yes, they would allow our small dog in the rear, outside seating area. We were so happy to not starve because of having our dog with us. The pizza was very good, the house red wine was very smooth and the waitress was pleasant and attentive.

Thank you to this restaurant for accommodating our family even though we hadn’t booked. Another restaurant in Warwick let us down and you were there to help. Food and Service were both nice. Tasted like a solid home cooked meal. Nothing too fancy and maybe a little over priced for what it was, but overall a nice experience. Staff really polite and friendly!

This is our first time visiting il picolinos, we arrived early but they managed to seat us in a timely fashion. We were sat and given drinks, hubby had a glass of merlot and it was very pleasant. I was facing the kitchen and could see how hard the kitchen team work. The lady in there clearly knows her stuff! They also look like they have fun which is nice to see. Food came out and looked delicious, it was. We both tucked in (swordfish chicken) and although there was no check in to see how the food was I think the fact we were tucking probably spoke for itself. We also had a dessert each, the pistachio soufflé was extra tasty, when we asked for the bill it was pretty reasonable. All in all we were very pleased with the service, yes the decor is a little tired but it was packed and everyone was engaged in chatter and laughing so clearly it's not that important! We will definitely be back as it's a wonderful place with lots character and tasty food.
