Bidra med feedbackWe had a fantastic evening at this restaurant. Our server, Madison, was extremely attentive and always had a smile on her face. The food was excellent and the drinks were delicious. We were able to request songs, and they were all played. The atmosphere was lively and cheerful. I especially enjoyed all the photo opportunities throughout the restaurant.
My family and I have been going to Hart Co since January 2019, shortly after the birth of my daughter. We have fallen in love with this restaurant ever since. From the delicious roast dinners to our daughter's baptism party, brunches, hen parties, Christmas Brunch, slow fashion events, and most recently Pancake Day, we have enjoyed every visit. The decor is amazing, and we all love the Dancing Queen toilet! It is an Instagrammer's dream. The food is exceptional and unique, with creative dishes and surprising sweet and savory combinations. The service has always been fantastic, but Louise was particularly outstanding during our last visit. My daughter has allergies, and Louise took us through the menu to make some adjustments so she could enjoy Pancake Day with us. We always feel welcomed when we arrive and have a wonderful time. I went to the restaurant on Pancake Day and it was fantastic. The food was delicious and there was a lot of it! The service was also excellent and quick. I will definitely be returning soon.
We came here with 16+ people for a birthday meal. The service that we received was absolutely shocking, the moment we sat down we was rushed to order food drinks. Our waitress was a lady called kate, the moment she walked over to our table. She made us feel forced to order our food and drinks even tho we had just arrived. 14 out off 16 was having bottomless brunch where we could only have one cocktail at a time which is fine, but we all had to have the same which wasn’t idea as not everyone likes the same drinks. After ordering the food, the food came out 1 at a time where some off us was eating and the rest wasn’t, the waitress”kate” explained that there was only 1 cheff on tonight which does not defeat the point when we had pre-booked this meal a couple weeks in advance so they should off been prepared. the food that we got had no care put into it. we was made to feel so uncomfortable here and we felt like from the moment we walked in the staff wanted us out as quick as we could. it’s a real shame it had to come to this due to this being a lot off our first time coming here, it was lovely decor inside but it doesn’t defeat the point! i wouldn’t recommend at all! we felt like they just wanted our money! we got over charged on the bill at the end aswell. made to pay an extra £18 even tho we worked out each persons bill and added the service charge to, we double checked each persons payment amount yet still got charged more? we had 5 drinks at the very beginning as a few were early, we got told this was apart of the bottomless brunch as it was 2 peoples birthday, i believe we got charged these drinks as extra without being told. i think this place needs some serious management in place as all the staff members did not have a clue what they was doing. after finding out a couple of the servers were under the age of 16, they need alt more training in the service industry . money grabbing place where the put 10% service charge on your bill? but they don’t even deserve it as they don’t do any check backs nothing?! so why there’s 10% service charge i don’t know all of us work in hospitality too, so we understand the stress of a large booking. but it was obvious that the staff have not been properly trained in how to deal with large groups and a full restaurant.
Amazing brunch !! Service amazing especially warren so attentive the food was great and drinks flowing !! Get booked in !!
