Gallone's Ice Cream Parlour - Warwick

The service was excellent and friendly, and the ice cream was delicious. The indoor seating was good, and there was plenty of pay and display parking available nearby.

We recently dined at Gallone's for the first time and are already eager to go back! It was our grandson's 8th birthday, so as a special treat, we took him and his little brother for some "special" ice-cream after school. The restaurant's ambiance is stylish and clean, the ice-cream was delicious, and both of the ladies who served us were incredibly kind and helpful. Thank you for making a simple treat feel so special, all at a very reasonable price.

I don't understand why the restaurant charges extra for a plastic sundae container instead of using a more affordable and eco-friendly paper tub. While three flavors were decent, the fourth was flavorless. The proprietor did not even offer a smile or a welcoming attitude. I would not choose to dine here again.

Family visit today and the complete lack of flexibility to accommodate a toddler size portion was really disappointing. However, we were there and decided to just get ice creams rather than trying somewhere else. We had 5 different flavours between us and only one of those had an intense flavour. We won’t be going back.
