Bidra med feedbackNever had a problem getting breakfast here. Its always been fres, fast, friendly service.Evening time is very different experience tho. Sprite was out an served anyway ? food was cold. Asked for fresh curly fries an 95% positive they just redropped the ones we handed back. Was dripping with grease an looked the exact same.Dude was nice about it but it was still nasty. Never again will we eat there in the evening.
DON 'T USE THE MOBILE APP WITH THIS STORE.. because if they are out of food at the store it won 't reflect on the app..me and a friend order via the mobile app 3 combos for me, her, and my grandmother once we got to the drive thru to pick it up we were informed that that my grandmother 's meal was the only one they were able to make because they didn 't have anything to make what me and my friend ordered..we asked about what to do and were told to use the order ID on the reciept to request a refund, well we ordered as a guest and attempted to try to request a refund throu the app itself but all it did was redem points for the order there 's no easy navagtible way to request a refund on the mobile app so we decided to go in and see if there was a way we could get a refund because I mean we spent almost 25 dollars for 3 meals and only recieved one.. we were meet with a teenage girl who obviously hated her job immediately just requested a manager I guess to not deal with us and where told said manager well sorry I don 't have control over the app and I fully understand that but we were meet with the attitude sorry you 're just out of luck didn 't try to make it right had no interest in even attempting to make it right.. I get it in the grand scheme of things it doesn 't seem like a big deal but it could all have been handled a little more professionally and with compassion some people could be spending their last bit of money to get something to eat just to be told sorry we know you paid but have no food for you... so you 're out of luck pal. This Hardee 's has always been horrible in the afternoon shift so idk why I give them chances.. again don 't use the app it itself needs improved because this expierence was stupid and unnecessary...and the food I brought to my grandmother looked like it had been sit out for an hour and the fries looked 2 days old. I will not be back...like come on we bought food and were told sorry don 't have it like what??
I eat breakfast there almost everyday great establishment and awesome service always and very friendly and courteous
The worker Louis/Lewis gives me the creeps. I don't enjoy his attitude either. This young man needs to be moved or removed. My friends and family also agree. He ruins the experience. He's got my order wrong and burnt my food many times. I saw him repeatedly wiping his nose with his hands right before handing me my food. It's allergy season but that is still inexcusable. Everyone else is fine.
Check their pocket and everything before they leave. they can't get anything right. I only order the number, I ask for nothing to change and they still screw it up. I command for several people when I come there, so now when they screw it up, I told them that they regain the whole order because it gets cold, as I had to come back for their fault. I encourage others to do this, maybe if they need to redeem enough, they will learn how to do their jobs. I understand they don't do much, but they don't even deserve what they do with their terrible service.
