I regularly eat noodles from here. The menu is huge and there's enough variety not to get bored of it. The owner/cook is always careful to avoid the things I ask not be included, and regularly makes variations on dishes to suit my dietary needs. If you ask for spicy you'll get it nice and hot, or as mild as you might prefer. Pricing is very reasonable. I keep coming back because of the variety, fresh ingredients, and consistent quality.

Great friendly service. Absolutely wonderful food, the rice noodles are great and the house made Dim Sims are tasty. It doesn't matter to buy from here as many meals are healthy and I come here regularly.

Not bad for a Chinese take out, ordered one of the chefs special noodles and it was good but not spicy at all, maybe I should have specified. But I'd never order the sushi rolls just by looking at them. They look very bad.

The man makes great Californian rolls and dumplings but his speciality is his home town noodles cooked in the wok while you wait. Wow!! AAA
