The chef was very knowledgeable about gluten-free considerations when preparing meals. He made it a point to come out and clarify my order, and even used a fresh wok to cook my food. Although it is a shared kitchen, I felt very comfortable dining here. The food was excellent, with a wide variety of gluten-free options available—around half the menu featured GF choices.
