Starbucks - Warrington

I am now on a first-name basis with all the staff at this restaurant!

Staff need training in customer service . So rude and not friendly at all .never made yo feel welcome. I been in a few times and always feel the same

Clear the tables please disgusting Been here 20 minutes nobody cleaning up? Won’t be coming again

Went in and immediately noticed that there were numerous dogs inside. Two of which were vocal and another which kept jumping on the soft sofa style seating. I asked if animals (other than service dogs) and didn’t get a reply. One woman then promptly got up to collect her drink, carried her dog at chest height, hovered with it over the counter where drinks were being served. Last time I ever go in a Starbucks if this is how low the hygiene standards have become.

I've been to this Starbucks a fair bit and it's just getting worse. It's never remotely clean. The floor is always dirty, the tables aren't cleared, the seats are dirty. The staff seem to change every time you go, which makes service worse. It used to be a nice Starbucks but has gone downhill since a refurb that has actually given it less comfortable seating.
