Super helpful attentive staff that ensured that our meal was my food gluten-free, offers alternatives as needed. William our primary waiter was kindly lovely. Staff a loan to your Der Funke Royal. Thanks for a nice evening.

The food was delayed by almost 1 hour and fed with a child. When the food came, the burger was hard and cold!

The staff was excellent, very attentive, that was also good, simply the hotel in general becomes a bit “tired” but I enjoyed the experience

The food was acceptable, but not excellent. The sandwiches in the end were a little stable. The Scones were beautiful. You exchanged some sandwiches for us, but it would have been nice to have presented the option to us.

Food service was great although menu was a little over priced. lighting was too bright to set a nice ambience but generally very happy with our evening
