Eating was beautiful only thing is that they did not change much on the alcohol xx

Place looks very tired service not good food even worse poor selection of drinks available will not be going back pity because it used to be very good

Staff friendly, food very good, good selection on the carvery. As it was lunch with Santa, I think Santa could’ve visited the tables not just sat in a chair. Nevertheless, good value lunch

The service was terrible. The staff left us waiting while they chatted among themselves. Even though we arrived on time, we were asked to wait while other guests were served their starters. At breakfast, there were no glasses for the juices or plates for the food, so we had to ask for them. Additionally, the menu on display had items that were no longer available.
