Chopsticks - Warrington

Tonight's delivery was a huge disappointment. The restaurant should consider shutting down considering how many people they have ripped off. I paid $13 for a smaller version of a microwave meal. I will definitely not be dining here again. The noodles were bland and the beef tasted like it had just been freshly killed.

Orders wrong, charged too much...supposed to be work colleagues leaving lunch, not all of us had any food! To top it all off I can't find a telephone number to complain to!! Some leaving lunch!! Shocking!!

This was the worst takeout experience I've had. I ordered a family meal for £60 and the food was terrible. The Chicken Chow Mein was basically just noodles, onions, and small chicken slices. The prawn toast was deep-fried in the same fryer used for chips and fish, so it was dripping in oil. I could continue listing issues with the food. The staff were friendly, but the quality of the food was shocking.

I stopped at a nearby hotel and decided to grab some takeout from this restaurant. Unfortunately, the staff member I encountered was severely lacking in customer service skills. They also seemed to have no knowledge of allergen information. When I inquired about dishes containing egg or dairy, I was rudely informed that EVERYTHING had them. Everything, everything, EVERYTHING has egg, EVERYTHING has dairy. Needless to say, I will not be returning to this restaurant.
