The coffee is way better than the coffee you get in Ohio. Ohio is watery and it's not what you order. Maybe they could teach them how to make it.

Nice and efficient. Ordered a box of coffee to take out. All good.

I placed an order on the mobile app for a dozen donuts had my husband go in to pick them up apparently they didn’t have what I ordered why they didn’t cancel my order through the app is beyond me I spent $15 for a dozen donuts and didn’t have what I ordered then the refund goes back on my husbands card and is told oh this is proof that the refund is back on your card sucks when your pregnant and craving donuts they don’t have what you ordered

This was the best Duncan Donuts we've been to in the past week. The coffee tasted like coffee the way we like it. The atmosphere was very good as we sat in comfortable chairs with music playing. We even met the owner who thanked us for coming in as he was walking around the business. The bathrooms were clean. They have a drive thru and a handicapped space right in front.

The drive thru gentleman (taking our order) was nice and had everything on the receipt correct. Yet, our order was not except for the old fashioned donut. The drinks all looked the same and none of them tasted like anything we ordered, they were coffee we didn't order nor like coffee, was to be coolattas cream based or almond milk based. Other food paid extra for toasting and butter got neither. But we didn't want to pay again for the order to be corrected. Already lost money didn't want to a second time.
