Penn Station East Coast Subs

Staff is very friendly and productive. I was welcomed and put in my order very quickly. I recieved my food just as fast and i sat inside and had a very good dinner.

I ordered delivery, so my expectations were pretty low. This is the first time that I’ve ordered from this location, but at every other location the cookie is to die for. They have always been moist and fresh. Here? Not even close. The cookie was dry, hard, and flavorless. I’ve kept Penn Station cookies in my cabinet for weeks that were more delicious than this. If I’m going to pay this much money for a sandwich and a cookie, it won’t be here.

The young man working the 1st cash register was extremely professional, attentive, and just provided great customer service.

They need to listen to order better.I clearly asked twice for light sauce on our sandwich but they totally skipped that step and sandwich was swimming in salty sauce.

Good Sandwich. Service was great and my order was prepared quickly.
