Kazan Japanese Steakhouse - Warren Park

My mother had a party of over 50 ppl come to celebrate her 86th birthday. Well the restaurant was empty outside of her party maybe 6 ppl was there. From jump the waitress had a horrible attitude wouldn't make more room for ppl who came at the grills. They tried to fit 50+ ppl at two tables and a half table smh. We had ppl sitting at regular table they was told they wouldn't be serviced for 45 mins. We only seen two cooks they had to call in help. They lied to my sister and told her she had to eat ginger dressing because they was out of ranch, then brought out ranch for our table less than five minutes later. They celebrate another lady's birthday with the party of six and didn't celebrate my mother's with the party that brought more money in there business. It was horrible and I will not be back.

Loved this place! Great food, entertaining Hibachi chef, super friendly service! Kid-friendliness: Our 7 and 9 year old grandkids say it's the best ever!

The food was cold flavor was not good sushi was not what I ordered and the Waitress made me very uncomfortable.

Had a family dinner here. We had enough people (19) to require two hibachis. The food was very tasty and filling. The chefs were personable and entertaining, and the wait staff was professional and friendly. I do recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a quality Japanese dining experience.
