Bidra med feedbackThe pizza was bland (definitely not New York style) and there was a surprise 15% charge added BEFORE tax and tip. I didn't find out about it until I looked closer at my receipt. This isn't on the menu anywhere (see photo), and they still ask for additional tip on the checkout screen. I get wanting to pay your employees more, and I support paying them more, but please at least be up front about the added charge or build it in to the price of the food. Edited to add: After posting this review, the owner sent me a nasty private message in addition to his berating comment to my review. I've attached his PM to this review. His responses further prove my negative review, thus decreasing my rating from two stars to one star.

New York Style, tbh crust was unremarkable but it's hot cheesy and if you want pizza at the AMP this'll do
AMAZING pizza! I've now ordered from here on a few occasions and the high points for me so far are: The Charleen (shredded chicken, spinach, bechamel, fresh tomatoes, 3 cheese blend, and garlic fondue), the garlic knots, and the salami chop salad! Hot tip for you, get the sauce flight and ALWAYS get the ranch if you are ordering from Frankie's or Turchetti's! It is house made with lots of fresh herbs and it is the best! The most recent visit I shared an 18 pepperoni pizza (which comes standard with pepperoncinis) with 4 other people and we had two big slices of leftover pizza. It was delicious, but it was also, very spicy. Like, way spicier than the previous times my group had this one. So, if you are sensitive to spicy foods, you might want to steer clear of this one...or just get extra ranch! Can't wait to order from Frankie's again soon! They also sell pizza by the slice on Weekdays during lunch hours, from 11:30 am to 3:30 pm or you can do their lunch deal which is a small salad, a large (NY Style) slice of pizza, and a drink for less than $12. So, you've got options, but you want to go!
The best pizza in Indy!!! My wife found Frankie's via the Indy eats Instagram thread. So we tried it tonight. We ordered a small salami chop salad and a large Frankie's pizza. It was ready in 15 minutes and was the best salad and pizza combo we've had in our 14+ years of living in Indy. Generous toppings, great crispy crust and a salad to die for made this birthday gift from our kiddos one of our forever favorites. Do yourself a favor and visit Frankie's. You can thank me later...
