Sonic Drive-in - Warren AFB

I usually don 't have many complaints about this Sonic but wow. This visit was absolutely ridiculous. I ordered through the app and they had a new drink on there, the Classic Cruiser , coke with vanilla and cherry and a regular all America hotdog. Besides the fact that I waited for at least 30 minutes at the stall and saw that someone was supposedly coming out with my food after like 20 minutes, I never received it for another 10 minutes. So I pressed the button at the stall, another 5 minutes later I get an answer, saying hello and asking what I want. I told her that I never got my order and they even completed the order on their system without ever even checking with me. Another few minutes later, she comes back on the speaker and says that they have no clue what the drink is (even thought it 's all over their stall ads and on the app and probably TV radio for all I know) and I told her that it 's a coke with cherry and vanilla in it. Yet again, more minutes pass and she comes back and says that they can 't make it and she doesn 't know what it is or how to make it. So you 're telling me, that you don 't have CHERRY and VANILLA syrup??!! I don 't believe you lol. The hotdog was decent. But anyway, that 's a shame cause usually this one is good but all this for a very simple drink and a hotdog is beyond not ok. You might want to familiarize your staff with new releases

I did drive thru they tried to have me pay twice I didn't get what I ordered at all they were smug and unguenine about replacing and I spent 20ish minutes in drive thru

Without a doubt in my mind,the worst sonic in the USA. I’ve been all over it so trust me! Now to the staff, Thanks for the 30 minute wait to get a club soda lime aid. Maybe check the soda bag of like the only pop you use. I would have went back to complain/get a different one, but already felt like I had a whole fraction of my day stolen by your worthless/careless employees. So instead simply decided to write a scathing review, and never return. 3 years later still the most frustrating and useless sonic! Why are you even open? Update in response, well I’d think they’d care enough to look into it themselves.

First in side diner out side patio or car slip varies sonic we have been to very nice

Employees graze food of the cook line while making food. They touch their face while making food. They don't wash their hands after contact contamination and don't wear gloves or hair nets whoel prepping food. If you're here for to pick up door dash or uber eats they'll take 20 minutes or more to make a small order.
