I ordered delivery from this restaurant. The food was good overall, but the fish sandwich was very messy with too much lettuce and tartar sauce. I would rate the food 4 out of 5.

Ordered online through the app, then received a call from the store saying they were closed, but didn’t know how to refund the order. Called the next day and spoke with the manager who also had no idea what to do. So they took my order and money, and are not refunding me for it. They didn’t know who to call, email, or anything. Basically just hung me out to dry and provided no assistance at all. There is no option within the app to cancel an order once it is placed, and no help option within the app. The only option you have is to call the store. Very poor customer service and problem solving skills at the store level. Why couldn’t I have been refunded through the store? Or placed in contact with someone that did know how to solve the problem?
I don't know who the person was at the drive-thru window, but I have to say she was friendly, cheerful, and energetic. She had a lovely smile. I made sure to tell her how great her smile was.
