Wendy's - Warren

I must say, Wendy's has really outdone themselves with this location. I came in for a baconator for my son and a spicy chicken sandwich for myself, and we were both thoroughly impressed. Manager David was running the show, working the front line and keeping the drive thru moving smoothly. The staff was efficient and on top of everything. I appreciate having such a great burger spot in my neighborhood.

This fast food restaurant gave me the worst experience ever. I waited 30 minutes for a sandwich that I never received. When I asked for a refund, I was told that they couldn't refund mobile orders. I recommend saving yourself time and not going there. The owners and employees are incompetent.
