Bidra med feedbackThe food is always good here, especially the original wings and tenders. Customer service just now was absolutely terrible. Like above and beyond awful. Train your staff not to mumble into the microphone and then get upset at me because I can’t understand what they’re saying. All customer service like please and thank you versus having your food shoved out you at the drive-through window. It’s a shame, because customer service kills repeat business.The only reason why I didn’t do a one star reviews because the food is always good including this time, but the drive-through service killed everything else.
Atmosphere I don't really know because I've never been inside, I always use the drive-thru, but have to say their tenders are better than Canes, chick-fil-a, slim chickens, KFC, Popeyes ,all of the fast food drive-thru chicken places I left out and I've tried them all!
I asked for no seasoning on my fries and they dumped my fries back in the grease. Definitely not cool. Fries are now drenched in grease.
The dining room is very nice for a fast service restaurant. We were greeted by a very nice young man named Dylan. He's very much into giving the best service to his customers! I was surprised at how big the fingers were. Nice and juicy, crispy on the outside. And the zax sauce is pretty yummy ?. The manager on duty was very attentive and made sure everyone was on point. We will be back for sure!
I regular this location as the manager Heather is really nice and the food usually comes out great. I went today on 1/20/24 and there didn’t seem to be a manager in site. The kids running the counter were tossing bags of food to one another while taking my order, and the boy taking my order misheard my order several times and I had to keep repeating myself. The boy taking my order seemed high or something, he just couldn’t understand what I was saying. When my food came out I was missing items, so I asked for the missing items while the two kids working behind the counter continued to toss food to one another like they were playing catch. When I sat down with my food everything seemed okay, however halfway into my meal I found that I was eating an undercooked chicken tender. I threw out the rest of my meal, which was more than half of the meal, and left. I felt nauseous on the way home. As soon as I got to my place I immediately vomited.Heather is the one employee in the building that seems to care, and everything comes out great when she’s there. However when she is not there the place seems lawless and the standards drop hard. Even the door dash option wasn’t working today which is why I drove all the way there instead of ordering. I will not be going back to this location and I will be reporting my experience to the health department in an effort to prevent this from happening to anyone else.
