Bidra med feedbackI ordered a large hot latte through the app, on 3/11, when I got to the window I was handed a medium iced drink. When I told them that wasn’t my order, they came back and said they didn’t have large but could do a small and a medium. I asked for a refund and was told the refund would process within the week. It’s been almost 2 weeks and no refund. They had poor service and also kept my money without giving me a drink.
Worst location they have overcharging for caramel prices just not adding up snotty attitudes and failed to mention they were out of whipped cream before taking my card and charging me
I have been a loyal customer since this place opened. I have come everyday for 2 years. It used to be so friendly and such. Since y’all let go that lady manager go, it went down hill. Multiple occasions I’ve come at night and they close the blenders down so early. It’s frustrating because I work nights and I haven’t been able to get my drink. I’ve come at 8:30 and the open sign is already turned off. I also get the feeling that some (not all) of the new night crew has a chip on their shoulders and gets frustrated when I order a blended drink. I get nervous ordering because I don’t need the attitude before I go into work. I think you have lost a super loyal customer and it’s very disappointing.
I ordered a 3 pack of donuts and they were hard as a rock and when I said something they just told me there was nothing they could do about it. I’ve come to expect better service than this from them and I’m a little disappointed that I didn’t receive that at this location. I’ll definitely be sticking to my usual location from now on.
I love scooters, the peach smoothie is my favorite, and I now love the maple waffle sandwich, but I think that it’s very unsanitary for them to be preparing the food with gloves on, that should be mandatory.
