Great customer service. The food is also good. There was a girl behind the counter with very long, thick bushy hair without net. I was afraid I'd find some hair or some of her hair in my food.

Love for dinner in Cantina here. Good food, great bartenders. Customers can become loud on Friday, but otherwise a great place.

On 13. August 2022 I stopped eating for lunch at this point. I had bought a duck from Nachos, with spicy chicken and guac. After taxes it came to $12.23. I took it away. They said their card machine didn't work, so they had to take the card and swap it. To whom I gave them my card and skipped the tip because I was tipped with cash. I have no reception because they said it was below and assumed that it meant that the attached printer was also below. Then I left and everything was fine. Shortly after I left the restaurant, I got a notification that my card was calculated for 14.74. I deliberately checked and there and behold, it had accused me for the $14. I went to the site to see how much it would be with the Guac to know it cost extra, and maybe she had the price without taxes or without the Guac first, and it was 12.23. My original price. So I went out with the tips and saw that she had given herself 20% tip from my card. She didn't let me confirm the tip, and I didn't think much of it right now, but the fact that she did it and accused me more is unacceptable. I called customer service and expect an answer right now. I had previous problems with this place, with employees who are rude or not the things and premises are dirty and have kept my concerns for me, but theft of my money is unacceptable. I will make sure that everyone I know is going to this place, is aware of what they have done to avoid it with someone. I recommend eating elsewhere.

It was pretty good. With the free side of the chips that comes with the meal, you don't have to order anything too big. I ordered the big spicy chicken quesadilla and that was too much. I like the fact that you can customize your order, but you like it.

This was our first time eating at Barberitos. Food is decent....when it's right. We placed a fairly large order online and went to pick it up. The order was supposed to be ready in 30 mins. We spent about 45 mins extra waiting. They still didn't give us all our food. We had to go back inside. Husband spoke to the cashier who was friendly and helpful. Someone from the back (inappropriately dressed) come out and snatched the reciept and rolled his eyes. We will not be returning....the quality of food does not outweigh the unprofessional attitude of the employee. Just left a sour taste in our mouth.
