Bidra med feedbackI was happy to find some vegan options available at most of the eateries in Longleat. These establishments are all located near the carpark entrance. I have tried all the food places at the Longleat estate, with the exception of The Chameleon Tree, which offers a sit-in area, take away coffees and juices, as well as a deli and restaurant. In my opinion, the pizza joint is the best restaurant in terms of food quality and portion size, although the selection of vegan pizzas is limited. The other options from the pop-up stalls are good for vegan junk food, but I found myself feeling hungry again soon after. This includes the hot dog stand and loaded fries. It appears that the donut stall does not offer vegan options, based on my observation of the long queue. I have also purchased food from the shop, which although pricey, offers a few vegan options such as sandwiches and sausage rolls (which were delicious). All food places open at 11 am, which may be challenging for families with children. I believe The Chameleon Tree and the shop open earlier, with a more limited food selection. It would be wonderful to see a wider variety of vegan menu options in the future, as well as a greater focus on rescue and conservation efforts. Hopefully, this will be something to look forward to! #Veganuary
I was pleased to find that most restaurants in Longleat offer some vegan options. These can be found at the parking entrance. The Chameleon Tree is the only one with seating, where you can enjoy coffee, juices, a deli, and a restaurant. I have tried all the food options at Longleat Estate, and I believe the pizza place is the best in terms of food quality and portion size, even though they only have one or two vegan pizza options. The other popup stands offer tasty vegan junk food, like hot dogs and loaded fries, but I found myself still hungry afterwards. Unfortunately, the donut stall does not have vegan options. I also bought food from the on-site store, which was a bit pricey but had sandwiches and sausage rolls that were delicious. All the food places open at 11 am, which can be difficult for children. The Chameleon Tree and the store open earlier but have a more limited menu. It would be great to see more vegan options and a focus on conservation in the future. Overall, I hope to see more variety and options in the future. #Veganuary
