Coffee At 412 - Warlingham

I visited Dining at 412 last weekend for lunch. Not only was the food incredible but the service was also top notch. Would definitely recommend if you're ever in the area!

Strange cappucino the froth was so aerated it was very 80s. Ordered the avo on toast with bacon and seeds. There where like 3 seeds not much avo and the bacon was very pale and just not really cooked enough. Lovely decor but the food just wasn’t up to the same standard :

Had a cappuccino here. Nice place on warlingham village green. Inside and outside tables. Card payments accepted. Minus 1 star for dirty teaspoon but otherwise all good.

My niece had her baby shower at 412 ON THE GREEN The food was fabulous, and the venue easily fitted in the 30-plus guests with little ones and prams. The staff went above and beyond to ensure the event ran smoothly, with nothing too much trouble. I can honestly say I will be booking this little gem again in the future

Called in for breakfast as a treat, wasn’t disappointed. Had the crayfish cocktail, delicious , fresh and great value for money, staff were lovely and very efficient. Cafe has a lovely atmosphere and decor. Finished off with a nice cooling iced mocha, also great value for money. Have recommended to friends and family and will definitely return.
