Called on the way back from crooked, very friendly staff and comfortable dinning room the sunday dinner was nice would definitely recommend it

We are currently staying at this beautiful historic hotel and couldn't be happier. The rooms are of high quality and come with en-suite facilities. The breakfast is fantastic, and the atmosphere is cozy and friendly. I highly recommend this place, especially as it's just a 5-minute walk to the Battlesteads Dark Sky Observatory.

The staff is excellent, the dining experience is fabulous, the room is great, and the garden is beautiful. I would definitely recommend staying there again.

I couldn’t be happier! The restaurant has been beautifully renovated, featuring a spacious new winter garden and a lovely large garden. The rooms are of a very high standard, and the bathroom with the wet room shower is fantastic. Both dinner and breakfast were expertly prepared! The prices for all of this are very reasonable; I've paid more for less in the past! The staff is friendly, and I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.
