American Pizza Grill - Wareham

Steak tips were not good at all. They were extremely overcooked and looked like beef jerky. It also seemed to have a weird tasting seasoning on it. It also looked like a pretty small portion. The steak and cheese subs were not great because ofovercooked steak and didn't put much cheese. The burger was a good size and my father said it was pretty good.

My fam and I love American grille . We probably order there once or twice a week. Always great food, friendly staff, and fast service. They make the best gluten-free pizza in town, and now offer (completely stuffed) gluten free wraps too.

When I received my order, it was not mixed as promised. After insisting that he made it correctly, he eventually admitted that the cheese must have stuck to his grill. I then spoke to another man who, after hearing I had half a sub left, promised to deliver two new subs made correctly. When the delivery man arrived, he told me I had to give him the two subs I had in order to get the replacements. It was embarrassing to have to go outside and explain the situation to him again. At this point, I was extremely upset after being accused of not giving what I said I would. The first person I spoke to was American and he apologized and offered to send two new subs. However, when I called back, I had a very rude conversation with a foreign man. Overall, a completely frustrating experience!

I really love their pizza, especially the pepperoni. They're the only place that isn’t afraid to let the cheese get a little crispy. Excellent!

Oh! The service was the worst I've ever experienced! I work in the food industry, so I understand that mistakes can happen, but I was really upset. I ordered two large steaks and made it clear four times that I wanted the steak and cheese mixed together, and I was assured it would be done. When my food arrived, it wasn't mixed as requested. After calling to inquire, the staff member claimed he did mix it, but then admitted that the cheese had gotten stuck on the grill. I eventually spoke to another person who said he would prepare two new sandwiches the right way. However, when the delivery person arrived, he told me I needed to return two subs to get the replacements, which was really embarrassing. I had to step outside to call again. I was furious after being accused of not following through on my order. The first person I spoke to was an American man who seemed sympathetic and said he would send two new subs, but when I called back I was met by a rude stranger.
