Right after the New Year there was a 60. Birthday to which I was invited. I know the place of celebration of various visits. Here is well cooked bourgeois, with small card, and with additional offers depending on the season. Everything has been of good quality and has cost me well. And since the invitation did not reveal what kind of evening buffet is, of course, I was very excited about whether and how the kitchen is finished with a buffet for 65 people. When entering the restaurant, the bar is on the right side and there are two adjacent guest rooms separated from the front by glass doors. The tables were accordingly covered in white with green, with economical but pretty decorations (it should give enough space for the plates). On the table were also large water bottles in cooling containers, cutlery and wine and water glasses, overall a hospitable view. All 65 guests found space without getting too close. The champagne glasses have already been prepared for the reception. The three service staff delivered the desired drinks all night, always friendly and easy to sleep without sleeping. After the greeting, the clear cattle broth with cattle, sheep and awnings was first served at the table, which went directly behind. The broth tasted homemade, was very hot and strongly seasoned, but the awnings on the tongue felt quite tasteless and they were so beautiful round that it could only be finished. In addition, the meat part was probably migrated by my soup cup in the neighboring cups. For me the salt content of soup was good, for other guests rather not. The cleaning was also fast so that the warm containers could finally be opened. Everything was very hot and saw appetite. There were three dishes to choose from: beef shop with red cabbage and salt potatoes or mini-potatoes, roasted salmon with a bright sauce and pork larvae in a mushroom cream sauce. In addition, Duke-in-Pearles, Rice and a herbal gratin (granine, carrots, cauliflower, broccoli, beans) were offered. Of course I almost tried everything. The roulette was fortunately not too big, nicely roasted and just as filled by mothers, the meat was tender and with the spicy sauce overall very tasty. Also the red cabbage could convince me tastefully. Fried salmon in a warm container is risky because it is then slightly dry, so here too. Spices he was good, but keep a bit dry, I didn't try the sauce, I didn't like it because of its consistency. The puppies with the mushroom sauce were not a tasteful revelation, but so far ok. Very good, the vegetable gratin has cooked me, the vegetables are still quite crisp, well tasted and baked with a spicy cheese. The mini-seat buffet was zero-level teas (Eisberg, Gurke, Paprika, Tomate) with two dressings that were not bad but not necessarily convinced. The finished salad from yellow bar beans was not good to eat because salt. When a container was empty, you didn't have to wait long, it was quickly replaced. The kitchen crew has done good organizational work. Conclusion: A buffet with good bourgeois style with plus and minus points (3 to 4 stars), a pleasant ambience (4 stars) with a good, friendly and volatile service (4 stars).
