Mcdonald's - Wandsworth

This particular branch is incredibly terrible. Unfortunately, they seem to struggle with fulfilling delivery orders, and the food they claim is "fresh" is actually quite revolting. I strongly suggest avoiding this place.

It is not the first time I take food away from McDonalds. Every time I visit I enjoy the food and the amazing service from Hristina who is so lovely always helpful, polite, hard working and so clean! It is the people who make the difference and she is a true five star employee. Cant wait to go back!

I suppose when the ordering machine says “take away only” it’s saying “sit at your own risk”—wiping down tables went out with the pandemic? Service without eye contact… perhaps because the server had a hunch I’d regret saying “thank you” for my meal. The vegan burger feels like McDonalds at its most passive-aggressive, the fries: cold and chewy, unsalted. The strawberry shake still reassuringly over-sweet and not like any actual strawberry.

9/10 times the food is cold and cooked hours before or if it's hot then you can guarantee it will not what you ordered Then when you ask for a fresh item the staff get rude and very disrespectful Tranding standard needs to get down there ASAL

Guiseppe was a star, when we messed up our order on the self service till, he found the correct order number and reserved us a table outside. The place was beyond busy. 5/5
