Bidra med feedbackThe terrible customer service after the manger promised me a refund of 60 for a New Year's Eve ticket that includes dinner and drinks, but when I got there the food and cocktails had gone, 3 months later after being transmitted from person to person with the refund, I received a phone call telling me to stop looking for the refund, as they will not return the money. It's really not like a restaurant should be treating its customers, it will definitely not be near there again and I wouldn't recommend anyone else either! 1.
The food was mediocre, which was disappointing. I used to frequent this restaurant, but it has declined in quality. I don't want to be critical, but I offer this feedback in the hopes of helping the El Patron team. Apologies.
I absolutely love the food at this restaurant; it's excellent and reasonably priced. However, the best part is their amazing take on the margarita cocktail and their extensive selection of margaritas. As a tequila lover, I am thrilled with the options available. The staff is very friendly and provides excellent service.
I really enjoy the new menu at this restaurant and I am not sure what the previous reviews were talking about. The meat is tender and well-seasoned, the lamb is fantastic, and the staff is always so friendly. I didn't see any green chips anywhere.
Standing in the right place for one of his live music. Beverage menu was quite interesting, with tequila touches in a pleasant few classics. Surprised by tuna steak on the menu, and I was not disappointed. Singers were great and good atmosphere in the whole of the staff for the food
