Fischerstube - Wandlitz

A few weeks ago we had an excellent lunch here, where I reserved a table for the 2nd Christmas day for me and my family. We drove 30 minutes to get to a complete guest room, the table we had reserved weeks before the fireplace was full of guests. We were neither welcomed nor obviously expected. After 5 minutes we were first perceived, not exactly friendly I meant we had a reservation . . .? We were rejected 2 more free tables with the statement that these are reserved. The only free table was full of dirty dishes and the waitress did not make any institutions to clarify it. When I was complaining, I disappeared and sent the other waiter who grinning said we had our reservations already at noon, but I had the box, whereupon the same waiter had written me the 17:00. The whole thing rose in such an unfriendly unprofessional tone that my 86-year-old mother was still in the coat and I decided to drive back the entire 30 minutes without eating there, the appetite was thoroughly over us despite hunger. It was Christmas! No decoration, imbeauty zero feeling for customer service. An impossible situation! I will never recommend this place again. Very arrogant and thirsty operation these people should be fired!

Very recommended!! The food tastes not only excellent, but is also very abundant. Many, many fish varieties leave nothing to be desired. We felt very comfortable here in this Russian ambience. The fireplace radiated a pleasant warmth. The service is very friendly and really fixed. The restaurant is located on the lake and invites you to a walk. We're coming back!

We reserved a table. Sunday, 2:00, after the Haupandrang. Waited 12 minutes until the menu came. After the order we waited another 56 minutes, and when no food has arrived, I asked when it is finally there. The waiter went to the kitchen to tell us that it will take a while.. Since we had an appointment, he offered to cancel the food (so you did not start preparing it yet. When paying drinks, he replied to my question of delay, that everything is processed in the order of the orders and if we are in a hurry, we have to say it already at the order (an objection?) . I believe that you should change the management either more kitchen staff or less tables. We go to eat opener, it always tastes good, the service is nice, but it always takes a very long time!! And a waiting period over an hour is not possible!! So just one point, we'll keep watching it!

Always happy! With adjacent outdoor pool, kiosk for out-of-home shopping and fantastic location. People who mock, they keep coming! Above all, these are those who want a 5-course menu for 5€...and otherwise feed in the pommesbude.

The worst service we have experienced in the region after having sat at the table about 20 minutes, came the operator and said the places are probably reserved another 20 minutes later she came back and told us that we can keep the places but had to wait for the food at least 45 minutes. Unbelievable
