Delicious burgers, good beer. what could be desired.

Was the best burger I've ever eaten and even had to eat them with cutlery. Super delicious food and highly recommended for everyone.

The Burger Pommes were first class. We regularly go to other Berliner Burgerläden and the food here was really great. The cheese and bacon were special! We would have given 5 stars if the service had not been so unfriendly. (except the blonde employee was nice, but unfortunately not responsible for our table)We did not feel welcome at any time (we were still friendly at any time). There was no smile from the waitress at any time, but only a genius. As if it were disturbing that we would like to eat in this restaurant. The side tables were also treated and wondered. We only noticed later that the Mayo etc must be ordered separately. When we kindly retrieved this, we noticed her striking eye roles. After 10 minutes (we had already eaten the delicious burger only the pommes were left), she asked in passing if we still needed the Mayo. Yeah, we ordered them.... You don't have to be an excellent host/entertainer, but today a friendly way in a service company should be of course.
